Health Care Assistants (Bank/Full/Part time)

Candidates will ideally hold an NVQ level 2 or have three year's experience working with the elderly and Dementia Care in a similar Nursing Home environment. Duties will include providing and delivering a high degree of personal care and support with daily living. You should be keen to learn new skills and take on responsibility. In-house training will allow you to progress onto NVQ2, NVQ3 and above. Candidates must be committed and caring with a pleasant disposition.  Good sense of humour a must. Salary dependent on experience.

Support Workers

We are looking for bright, cheerful and enthusiastic candidates for supporting our clients who have varying levels of learning disabilities. Ideally you should have some experience in a care setting or an NVQ 2,3 & 4, however it is not essential. A full clean driving licence is a definite advantage. You may also be offered a permanant contract if a full time vacancy arises, subject to a satisfactory probation period. You will enjoy a very supportive management team. Only bank positions are available. Full CRB disclosure will be required with references.

Domiciliary Care Staff (New Vacancies)

We have positions available for experienced Domiciliary Care staff following the opening of our DomCare services. Duties will include working with clients within our own care homes and care in the community. Duties will include home chores, trips in the community and personal care. A full CRB will be required. We are flexible on working times and can offer any amount of hours. A full driving licence a definite advantage and will attract an enhanced rate of pay.

 

Deputy Manager (RMN & RGN)

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to support our team of staff  in our Nursing Home registered for 26 residents. Your job will be to support the registered manager as shift leader in the day to day management, operation and administration of our registered care home.

Your duties will involve being involved as staff nurse together with supplementary duties  with the promotion, maintenance and development of high standards of care and best practice in accordance NMC, CQC Standards and current legislative requirements and with the company.

You will be an ambassador for the home, seeking to promote and assist with the marketing of the service to external parties (new staff, potential clients, potential purchasers etc). You must be a excellent communicator and be able to demonstrate good knowledge and experience in the field of social care.

We require a minimum qualification RGN or RMN Nurse with experience working in a similar care environment. Your hours of work will be mainly shift based and flexible depending on our rota. We are a small dynamic and fast growing organisation with lots going-on with excellent opportunities to excel.
